I have 2 forms that I need to load based on options such as option1 and option 2
I don't want to use the standard options, I need to have the option buttons turn into imags instead, how do I accomplish that?
I understand that you want to use images instead of standard radio buttons. The Image Radio Buttons widget should help to achieve your requirement. The default setup of this widget might show the radio buttons along with the images. However, it is possible to hide the buttons by following the instructions provided in the thread here.
You can also setup the conditions using this widget. Please see the screenshot below :
