Checkbox selections not forwarding data to mailchimp list

    Hi,

I have successfully integrated Jotform with mailchimp so if a user chooses a date on a jotform then that date is selected in the mapped list field (which is a radio button)

Is it possible for me to add a new date option in Mailchimp and for the Jotform to see this and update the form automatically?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, I see the date options are in checkboxes, which means users in your end could select more than one date, is that correct?

If you have updated your form, you can check your integration again and see if you can re-map the fields, or it would be better to just re-integrate just to make sure that the updates you made in the form would properly sync to your MailChimp account.

    Kind regards.

Ah (was late) of course the form uses check boxes but Mailchimp doesn't allow for that, just radio buttons or dropdown choice. So I would need to make the form radio or drop down for the integration to work then?

It appears that MailChimp handles the Check Box fields in a special way, they are organized as Group: Check Boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support MailChimp Group subscriptions where users can select the groups they like on their own. I have attached a ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our Development Team to see if we can re-design the "Group Check Box" fields integration to MailChimp.

The Radio Buttons and Drop Downs should work properly.

We will let you know when we have any updates about the Group Check Boxes.
