Why I'm not receiving email notifications when my form is submitted?

    I just created a contact form that is not linked to my website - I just tested it, it goes through to JotForm but not to my email or to Active Campaign (linked it)


    Can you please let me know if I've missed something?

    After inspecting your form, I noticed that it doesn't have a notifier created in it which is the reason why you're not receiving an email when it's submitted.
