Why has my form been disabled?

Last week I used JotForm to build a form for my cousin's science project. As of today when you submit it, it returns an error stating that the form has been disabled.

Is this something that has happened on your side? Do they time out after a certain time? Is there a way I can get it back up and running without starting over?

    Thanks so much!

I have checked your form and noticed that it is associated with only a guest account.  Guest accounts are limited to only 20 submissions per month.  This also has a high probability of losing the form when from your view of the form editor once the cookie from your browser expires.

It is recommended that you create your own free account so that you will be able to properly maintain your form and also get a higher submission capacity of 100 submissions per month.

To create a free account, you will see something like this on the left side when you go to My Forms page:

Click the orange Create a Free Account button and go through the process of creating your account.  You can also find the long orange button just below the login/password fields:

Note: Make sure to use the email address that you have used in your form so that the form you have created will be merged to your new free account.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
