    Language dropdown is not working when you click on it

    Asked by aquaclic on April 23, 2015 at 11:56 AM

    Hello, I don't know if we modified something in Jotform or how it happend. In any case:

    a) suddenly the languages can not be set from the frontside, e.g. this form here at the bottom:

    http://aquaclic.info/home.php?cat=574

    b) we created recently this form here at the bottom:

    http://aquaclic.info/publique_details.php?sl=DE

    and the form now is distorted (the 4 there checking fields were not in the large field) and now your logo appers on it although to my knowledge we have a paid subscription with you?

    c) and here's an old problem we never figured out: we use the <> embed code to embed the form and it's fine But as soon as we modify the html-code where the form sits, it adds a height

    height: 805px;

    and no matter how often we remove it, it is right back there.

    I would love if you could help us with these 3 issues! Thank you

    Hi,

    Changing the language worked in the direct URL of the form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/40232297474354 so the problem is the page is probably caused by a script conflict between the form script and your website script. To fix this, we recommend re-embedding the form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

    Problem b has been moved and will be answered here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/557892.

    Problem c has been moved and will be also answered here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/557893.

    Thanks
