    Getting "XML Error Access Denied" message when downloading uploaded file

    've checked the form submission that my client has send me, and I miss the uploaded images. instead there is a question mark. Is there a way to get this fixed or do I need to ask my client to resubmit  te images directly to me?

    I see you are having a problem with missing images that were uploaded via your form since there was a question mark there on it instead.

    Were the images uploaded on this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50561393025349 you had?

    As long as they were attached and uploaded properly when your form was submitted you should be able to obtain them when viewing your submissions while you are logged into your account even if you did not get them due to the email problem you had at first.

    As long as they were attached and uploaded properly when your form was submitted you should be able to obtain them when viewing your submissions while you are logged into your account even if you did not get them due to the email problem you had at first. This does not work.

    I see question marks and when I click on the link I get the following message:

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, that form and the submission, it seems like the image was broken. This might be caused by an interruption during the uploading of file by your end user, something related to their internet connectivity.

    I would advise that you ask the client to fill out the form again and upload the file. But I'll forward this to our back end team to see if they can recover the broken uploaded file.
