How to place hint example in text fields?

If I understood your concern earlier correctly, you would like to place a Hint Example on your form's text field just like the image below. 

In order for you to do that, you may follow the steps I created using images.

Once you have the "Properties" window open, you can now place your Hint Example for a specific text field.

That's it.
