Image uploading does not work on iOS 8.3 devices

    An error message (A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded)

    Have tried everything include clearing out the cache

    Just will not work on the iphone

    Please Help!

    I have noticed that additional 'Validation Image' option is currently enabled on your form upload field.

    Could you please try to disable mentioned 'Validation Image' option to see if that makes any difference for iOS 8 uploads?

    I was not able to reproduce the issue on my Android devices, so I have asked one of my colleagues to test your form using iPhone 6. However, he was not able to reproduce any issues using both Mobile Chrome and Safari browsers.

    What version of the iPhone do you use? Is there any way that you can test the form with other iOS devices to see if the issue is specific to your device only?

    It works on iPhone 7.3 but does not work on iOS 8.3

    Any suggestions to get it to upload a picture on my iPhone?

    Hi Ben

    Still Does not work on iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3. 

    any ideas what it may be thats causing the problems?

    Hi,

    It seems like a common issue with iOS 8 and above, here's an article about it here. I suggest contacting Apple for that issue so that they can release a fix for the next update. 

    For now, as an alternative you could try different upload widgets that we have here: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/file_upload. As recommended by my colleagues, the Ink File Picker widget works best in mobile.
