Is it possible to easily populate multiple fields from another field? For example, we ask for name in one field, and have several form tabs where we would like the name to be auto populated after it is collected on the first page.

    Hi, ambicay,

Yes, it is possible for you to do that. Please see the GIF I made below.

(Note: I have made, the Name field of the second and third page uneditable)

You'll just have to make more conditions using the Condition Wizard.

The image below explains how it is done.

You may follow this guide on how to populate fields with a value from another field.

By the way, here is the form URL of my sample above.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions, please feel free to ask us anytime.

    Kind regards,

Is there a way to include the unique ID field in the above example?  I'm trying to add my order number to the file name that is created in Dropbox, and what I have done is to create a hidden field that contains the key fields, this works, but I'm not able to insert the unique ID field.  I assumed because it was hidden it was not showen so then I added the field name {ordernumber} and it will not save this..

Since your question is not directly connected to the original question and in order to help you on your own thread, I have moved this question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/615959 to which we will be replying shortly.
