Unsure of access to a specific work form.

Hi Team, I work at CMRI, and have access to the team Jotform (username: CMRI). I just started this job recently and i sent out a survey that was created by the person previously in my role, however i can't seem to find it anywhere in the work account. 2023 Jeans for Genes Day - Volunteer Feedback Survey (jotform.com) If it is at all possible, could you tell me what account this survey is linked to? is it the CMRI account or someone else?
