How can the multiple choice element's unselected options be displayed in the PDF?

    Hi there,

    Is it possible that when someone completes the form that has tick boxes, that the boxes that werent ticked would also show up on the PDF form at the end? This is something that we really would need.

    Below is a snapshot of when someone completes one of our forms, and the below format is ideally what I require.

    But when it is submitted and converted to PDF it looks like the below:

    Is it possible for the PDF export of the form to look like the above??

    Hello Tom,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. Please note that your request can be fulfilled by making a few adjustments to the Multiple-choice element's settings in the PDF editor. Let me show you how:

    • Click the Multiple Choice element, then its gear icon.
    • When Checkbox settings appear on the right side, change the display style to Checked.
    • Then unchecked the Show only selected options.
