No that's not what I was asking about.

When someone is assigned a form by email, and they click on the link via email, they are asked to sign in to Jotform. I do not want them to have to sign in to Jotform.

    Please advise.

    Hi Mason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. I have tried to create a sample Jotform Sign document and tested it using a Gmail Email Address that doesn't have a Jotform account:

    Hi,

This is still not the issue I am asking about. I am not asking about having people sign in to SIGN a document. I'm asking about people having to sign in to Jotform to FILL OUT A FORM. When I send the form to an assignee via email, and they click on the link, it asks them to "SIGN IN TO JOTFORM" to fill out the form (there is no signature requirement on the form).

I do not want them to have to sign in to Jotform (or make a Jotform account) to be able to fill out the form.

    Please advise.

    Hi Mason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you share with us the form URL and the screenshot of how it looks like, so we can check more on this? Most of the time, this can happen due to your form set as other than Public Form. This will cause the form to ask your user to log in first before filling the form. You can easily change your form to Public Form, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top orange navigation.
    2. Click on Settings beside Link to Share.
    3. Make sure you have selected Public Form, and your user should be able to open form without signing in.

It is public and has been public, but it still asks assignees to log into jotform. people are going to be very annoyed if they have to create an account just to use the form. Please help!

    Hi Mason,

Thanks for your explanation and screenshots. That helped me understand what’s happening. Everyone you invited must have a Jotform account if you selected the Invite by Email option. But if you simply want to send the form and invite people to fill it out without creating a Jotform account. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Under Quick Share, Copy your form URL by clicking Copy Link.

I checked your form and it is already set to public, so all you need to do is forward the URL of the form and they will be able to fill it out without creating an account. You might also want to check out this guide about How to Send a Form via Email.
