I made a form and I'm using it. Can't find it associated with my account...

That's the jot form, number, and I'm using it on my website. It's like the form went away in my jotform account. Where are the submissions going for that form? 

It's working just fine when I fill it out.

The form was created in a guest account, that's why you do not see it. I've moved the form to your registered account to solve the problem.

To avoid further issues, always make sure you do a fresh login into your Jotform account.
