Nothing is displayed for the "listen to the audio below" question, and after I record myself using the "Record" button, it gets stuck on "Saving..." with the spinning circle, for up to 2 hours.
It was working fine for me before, and continues to work fine for some of our visitors - but more and more people have started reporting the same issue. Please help.

I could not save record the audio using the Voice Recorder Widget.
When I checked the browser console, I found script errors that are related to the widget js. It seems the issue on some script were preventing the proper functioning of the Voice recorder widget.
I have submitted a bug ticket report to our higher team support to check on this.
Unfortunately, I could not find any suitable workaround as replacement for the Voice recorder widget that you can at least temporarily used.
We will have to wait for your updates once the have fixed/resolved the issue on the widget to make it work again.

The voice recorder first takes a copy of the microphone input using Adobe Flash, and then initiates an upload to your cloud storage on Jotform.
If your users internet connection is slow, they might experience a lag in uploading the sound file.
Please try adding a length limit to how long the recording should be - that way, the file size can at least be anticipated:

i was able to record, but when playing back there is no audio, please help
I tested the "Voice Recorder" widget and didn't replicate the same issue. Also, the playback option is working properly. Alternatively, you can find the stored audio file's link on the "Submissions".

Last but not least, if you don't set the length limit for the file on widget's wizard, it takes more time to save as my colleague Titus has already mentioned.
