Somehow when I embed the source code to my website for the Confidential Evaluation for Waypoint, it embeds every form I have in jotform.Asked by writedm on April 24, 2015 at 10:34 AM
Consistently I have trouble with jotform adding to things or not fully loading things. When I first was trying to embed this particular form it only embedded it partially, then added a bunch of stuff from the bottom of our website.
Now when I try to embed it, it has embedded every form in jot form plus a video it pulled from our website. It seems really weird and I'm not sure how to fix it.
As I check your JotForm titled "Confidential Evaluation for Waypoint", the form looks completely normal and works fine. As the webpage provided is inspected, it seems that some other code is pasted in between the JotForm source code since it has also some other forms not associated with JotForm along with other JotForms and the video from your Vimeo account as well. As I check your JotForm, the source code is normal and the preview is looking fine.
Please refer to the guide below that can help you in getting the source code of your JotForm.
Please remove the existing code of the form from your webpage and re-embed the source code again.
