Somehow this form is sending the following message on submit. The event is not full and the registration is not closed. How can we release the "Event is now full. Registration is closed."

It seems that you have figured it out on setting the Submission count limit from the form preferences and changed it.
As I test submit your JotForm, I was able to submit the form normally and received Thank you message.
