Invalid Merchant

    Good Morning.  I've been having issues with my PayPal Pro account allowing credit card payments.  I've done everything it has said to do in troubleshooting and I have some upset parents who can't pay for their dance photos!  What else can I do?!

    Hi,

    The issue was related to your Paypal Merchant account configuration.

    You can check the error code information on this page:

     

    10500  - error code
    Invalid Configuration 
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 
    Occurs when you have not agreed to the billing agreement.

    10501  - error code
    Invalid Configuration 
    This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. 
    Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.
