    Is it possible to add a "No Thanks" (Cancel) button next to Submit button?

    Is it possible to add a button to cancel and close the form next to the submit button?

    @Jason, yes, it is absosutely possible to add a cancel button.

    The process is illustrated on the following figure:

    1 - From your form, click on the Submit button area.

    2 - The panel of the top will become activate, click on Reset Button and a Clear Form buttom will show:

    That only CLEARS the form. I'd like the button to CLOSE the form.  Is that possible?

    You should be able to do something like that with a custom js code to your form for that button.

    Something like this should work: "window.close();", but it would be best to test out and hire a developer to do what you want to happen when Cancel is clicked - since we can not assist you with custom JS code.
