Can I display previous form entries on the page and have it dynamically update?

Asked by harry  on April 24, 2015 at 01:16 PM

Is there a way to display previous user's entries on a webpage? eg. Have a matrix of the last 10 entires at the top, followed by the jotform javascript on the bottom half of the page?  This way users can see if something's been entered before entering it again.

Yes it is possible by creating a report:

Grid report and HTML table listing are online reports that update themselves automatically:

Then you can embed both the form and the report using the iFrame methods.

You can see here the example:

Here are the guides on how to create HTML table and Grid listing reports:

I believe you are looking for a widget instead, you can check our page category for widgets that allows multiple entries here: http://widgets.jotform.com/category/multiple_entries.

Personally, I would recommend that you check either of the widget below as it seems like these are the similar function I see in your screenshot above.

    1. Configurable List Widget

    2. Matrix Dynamique Widget

The Configurable List widget has an advance feature compared to the second one, here's a guide for that widget: http://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget.

Do let us know if this is what you are looking for.

    Thanks.
