Originally when I set up my order form on here, the submissions would be emailed to my inbox. That has stopped working and I didn't change any settings.

On this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/40902961804151 you've not configured a Sender Name which can cause emails are treated as SPAM and not delivered to your mailbox.

Please configure a sender name for both notifiers and let us know if the issue persists after doing this changes.
