Question about Dropbox Integration

    I am trying to get clarification. The response to this question states if using dropbox integration I will not consume the available space that  in my JotForm account. However even with dropbox integration, my space is still being used. Also I don't see the files in my dropbox even though integration seems to be OK.

    First of all, I would like to apologize for the confusion I caused to you with the answer I provided in the other thread.

    Unfortunately, at the moment I wasn't aware that the integration always submits the file first to your JotForm account and then transfers a copy of the file(s) to the integrated accounts (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) which means that it will consume the available space in your account. However, you can regain the used space if you either delete the submission or edit it by submitting a dummy file. This will indeed reduce the occupied space in your account so you can continue receiving files in your form.
