Wow - what an easy process! Thank you, www.jotform.com!
I just imported our documents/submissions from AdobeForms Central and while accessing one of the documents newly transferred that contains an attachment, I tried to access the attachment (.jpg and .pdf) and unfortunately, I received an error message stating that I do not have permission to access the form.
In addition to the documents transferred to www.jotform.com, I also need to include the attachments. Is this possible? If you could please let me know, I would appreciate it.

We have occasionally had issues with file attachments not coming through completely during the import. However, the error you received does seem a bit odd. Try logging out then logging back in to:
If that does not work, let us know the form you are having trouble with and if possible, the submission that has the missing attachments. Since you have quite a few forms with many submissions, this will help us greatly in checking the error.
