Unable to add more questions into the form.

Hi there I'm having difficulty creating more questions for my questionnaire. It seems I have gotten to a certain point where I can't create any more questions. It always comes up with an 'oops something went wrong and we couldn't create your last question' error and asks me to reload page which doesn't help. I have tried loading in other browsers which still doesn't work. can you please help me!  Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Also, don't forget to add the submit button when you're done setting up the questions.

Hi there it's still not working. I can't add any more questions.

It's almost like there is a limit to how many questions i can ask.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry that you are getting an error whenever you try to add a new field. I checked and you are enrolled on a Starter plan in which you can only have 100 fields or widgets in the form, hence, the error shows:

You can find this information on our pricing page. To prevent this restriction, you may consider upgrading to any of our paid plans to increase the number of fields/widgets you can add to your form.
