Yes, he completed his submission...but the text widget captured NONE of the info he had typed in!  It was alot of detail and info, so we are desperate to recover that info.

I suppose you are referring to this form:

First of all, there is no widget named "Text". Could you be specific on the name of the widget you are referring to?

Also, could you provide us the submission ID? Once on the submission page, click on the gear icon, check the ID box, and grab the ID:

Once we have the information, we can forward this to our second level to see if there is a way to retrieve the data.

After checking your form and testing it I noticed that your notification is not set properly and that is a reason why you are not getting all data inside of your Email Notification. Inside of your Email Notification you did not set correctly values of your fields.

I would suggest to you to create new Email Notification in order to get right values for all of your fields.

However submission is shown properly inside of submissions.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

When I checked the site, the submission info is still not showing up.  Maybe I am not doing it correctly?  Can you please see if you can recover the submitted form and send to me? We are kind of freaking out about this lost data.

I was able to see that, in fact, there are fields on the mentioned submission that doesn't contain data comparing it to the other submission you've received.

Unfortunately, we don't know what was entered in the form since we don't have access to the computer where the data was entered, thus we don't have a way to check which data is missing from the submission.

In other words, you'll need to ask your salesperson to send a new submission in your form.
