My monthly subscription has been renewed and the money has been taken out of my account. I want to cancel.

Hi Jordan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, you had already cancelled your Jotform subscription. Your subscription will downgrade to the Starter plan, and you will not be charged again at the end of the billing cycle.

Hi Jordan,
Thanks for getting back to us. I would suggest you to cross-check in your card whether you received the refund or not. Because after we process the refund from our end, it might take 5 to 7 Business days to get reflected in your account.
The mail which you receive might be the intimation mail that we have to process the refund from our end.
