It does not appear to be active on my Jotform template.
I've checked your site and was unable to reproduce the issue using Chrome on my side.
But, I noticed that you're using the full source code of your form to embed it on your site, may I ask if there's a particular reason for you to do this? This option is helpful when you need to run a custom script or implement a feature that we don't have but based on what I see, I don't think this is your case. Thus, I suggest you to use the normal embed method instead.
