    Why is a radio button active by default only when my users are viewing my form in my website?

    I have a radio button that is active/selected when the form is pulled up at my website. User has to clear the form to deactivate it. Most users will n

    I've checked your site and was unable to reproduce the issue using Chrome on my side.

    But, I noticed that you're using the full source code of your form to embed it on your site, may I ask if there's a particular reason for you to do this? This option is helpful when you need to run a custom script or implement a feature that we don't have but based on what I see, I don't think this is your case. Thus, I suggest you to use the normal embed method instead.
