How to import another form data into my form?

Hello,

I need this form to feed into a new form - the brainstorming ideas that the user selects as Q2 will need to populate into the next form where the user will need to select each brainstorming idea first as a top 10 project and next as a Top 5 project. Can you please confirm that the way I have this form set up will correctly populate into a table so I can pull all Q2 ideas into the next form? I am concerned that I did not correctly set-up this form...
