We keep getting a notification that the upload space is full. I've taken all the steps listed in FAQ - deleting submissions, cleared cache, etc - but it still shows 137MB space used. Can you please resolve the issue so that our account is not disabled on 10/2, as warned via email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking our system, you still have quota in your account. The upload space is 0MB out of 100MB. Are you referring to another account that is out of upload space? If yes, please share us the email address. We will have a check for you.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

How strange - it does now say it's at 0MB. Maybe the system updated after I did the mass delete? Either way, good to see it's resolved now.
