External link to redirect client getting 404 error.

*NOTE : on my personalized foundation form I have a thing to click on ( Im not sure what you call it) its is highlighted in blue says shop.lovethatblend.com when my customers click it they are brought to a oops 404 page . I dont know why it has jot form in front of the address i didnt put it there > can someone please help me make my form work i need step by step insruction please. i followed everything that was shared with me and it all helped termendously but now its not wrking to get to shop that blend

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. In the meantime, can you try using a different browser or clear your browser cache to see if the issue persists?
