How do I submit the form based off of a pulldown selection selected by the person filling out the form.
I want ALL the forms submitted to go to my email firstname.lastname@example.org but then I want the form to also go to what ever person they select. In this case it is known as the sponsor.

In order that the person who fill the form receive an email copy of submission, you have tho follow this procedure:
1 - You have to create an autoresponder in your form.
2 - Add a check box to your form that asks if he/she wants to receive an email copy of the submission:
3. Create a send email condition as shown below:
I hope this helps.

I guess I didn't explain myself very well. What I want is this.
Depending on what the user selects in a dropdown window will depend on who automatically gets emailed. I also want to be emailed regardless of who is selected.
For example, the person filling out the form selects person A from drop down then hits submit, it will email person A (from drop down) and myself.
If the person filling out the form selects person B from drop down then hits submit, it will email person B (from drop down) and myself.
I have a total of 7 different people in the pulldown window.

I think I am figuring this out. However I still get this error message shown in the screenshot.

Do you mean to say the text in red color? It is not an error message but just an informative message. You have configured your conditional emails correctly to send submission emails based on the selection of form fields.
