Data from one field is not reported in email notification

    I just tried your form, and the information for the "My partner's name is" field is received:


    Seems this field is a new field, just remember that when you delete a field, all the data related to that field is lost.

    Could you confirm that the content is not disappearing? Also, do let us know from which browser version you are submitting the form, from a mobile device maybe? Any detail you can provide us to replicate the issue will be helpful

    As you can see - following 'my email is'  there should be 'my partners name is:'

    So I cannot understand how you arrive at the conclusion that it is 'being received'?  Certainly not by me!


    I have tested it latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Explorer - both sending and receiving.


    Sending from Chrome differs only in that whan the 'Thank you' message appears, I have to manually scoll-up to find it - Firefox & Explorer do so automatically.

    Hi astroibiza,

    Thank you for providing us with more information regarding the issue that you are currently experiencing.

    After reviewing your form, I am seeing that your email notification has not been edited to include the new field, so that the information can be sent to you.

    As such, the information is not being sent by email but the information is available within your submissions page.

    Please edit your email notification to include the tags for the missing fields. You can also delete the current email notification and create a new one. This will create our default notification, which updates as any changes are made to the form.

    Please note that once the default notification is edited, it will not longer update when changes are made to the form.
