Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Did you mean you are having issues with upgrading your Jotform account? When I checked your account, it seems you have successfully upgraded your Jotform account from the starter plan to the Bronze yearly plan. If this is not what you needed help with, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
