My next problem is that some people's emails are saying that they've applied multiple times on their first attempt how do we go about fixing that issue or is it their personal email that's the issue

    Hi June,

Thanks for getting back to us. When I checked your form it shows that the Unique Submission feature is enabled and it was set to check cookies and IP. It means regardless of the email address they use, the form checks whether the submission came from the same browser and IP Address. If they are using the same browser and IP Address the form won't allow them to submit multiple entries.

If you want to allow them to submit entries using the same browser and IP address you can disable the Unique Submission enable the Unique Field and choose the Email address. This feature allows you to set limits based on an answer from a specific field. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings at the orange navigation bar
    2. Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down and disable the Unique Submission
    4. Enable the Unique Field and choose the Email field. Unique Submission and Unique Field Screenshot 41

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
