Getting "Please Wait" When attempting to Submit Form

Also, is there an issue with Jotform submission.  Many of my customers have tried to submit their registration form and when they press submit, the message is "please wait". And then it doesn't go through.  Is there a way to solve this problem as well.

I presume that this is happening on the embedded version of your form, is that correct? Have you tried using the iframe code to embed the form? If not, please give it a try and let us know if this solves the problem.

If that doesn't help, then please confirm if this is happening when the form is viewed on your website and provide us with the URL where we can find it to make further tests.
