I pressed the save icon button several times and pressed "submit" but my form gets erased anyway every time I log out and jotform has no record of it. How can I prevent this?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you mean to say that the changes your make to your form is not being saved?
I did check your form's "Revision History" and you have made several changes to your form and they are being saved correctly. Please check the following guide on how to check your form's revision history: https://www.jotform.com/blog/95-Introducing-Form-Revisions-Never-Lose-Your-Work-Again-
If you are unable to see the changes, I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then sign in again to your account. The following guide should help you how to clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
After you clear your browser cache, do edit your form and see if the changes are saved correct;y/
I am not sure if I have understood your statement "pressed "submit" but my form gets erased". Do you mean to say that you are trying to submit your form from the form editor itself?
If you want to submit your form to test it, you should access your form with its direct URL or click on the "Preview" button of form editor. Please check the screenshot below how to find out the direct URL:
