We had a web developer setup our form for us when he built our site, unfortunately we had to drop him. We recreated the form, but it would not email us and we could not get it to send a test email. Rather than rebuilding it again after troubleshooting, we used the clone feature and are expirencing the same issue. It will not email it to us.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've made some test submissions and i was able to receive the notification emails from both forms. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelists.
If this still doesn't work, please do let us know. So we can investigate further. We'll be waiting for your response.
