Dear Jot forms.
I tried to test the transfer of one of my forms 'formscentral' to jotforms I have encountered several problems :- The form created in jotforms could not be opened with adobe because the form is 0 octets and 'damaged'. Adobe refuses to open it but we can visualise the form with your option 'visualise the form'.- We tried to modify the form using your jotforms tools as our form does not appear exactly as we had it in forms central. Notably we have information on both left and right sides of the form and in jotforms the information stays on the left one after the other. How can we use both the left and right sides of the page? Do we need to create 2 columns? If so how as we couldn't find this function.- As we couldn't open the PDF with adobe we tried to embed the form on our website using the script (as offered by jotforms) When we enter it into our website the website doesn't accept the script, it disappears. Could it be a compatibility problem with 1 & 1?
- We also tried to upload the form directly on PDF which should take 2 days as announced by Jotforms. We still have not received the form or an email about the form and we requested it Friday (3 days ago).
We need to have these problems solved before committing to a contract with Jotforms and we look forward to receiving your help.

Since we can only assist with one issue per thread Kirsten, I have moved your questions to different threads.
In regards to fillable PDF not being possible to open is moved here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/559594
About creating 2 column layout question will be moved here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/559597
About embedding the form on your website is moved here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/559601
In regards to the import of the PDF form, it does take about 2 days depending on the form itself and seeing that your form is quite large, it will probably take a bit more time.
I will however raise this to our developers to make sure everything OK and they will update you about it through this thread.
