Unable to download submissions in excel file?

Unfortunately, I can't understand the warning message in the excel file, could you copy and paste it here?

I assume what you would like to do is to download the submissions in excel, is that right? I tried to download your submissions and did not encounter any problems.

Here's what I did:

1. Navigate to the submissions

2. In the Submissions page you can scroll down and see the download options.

Could you try the following: 

1. Clear your browser's and form's cache.

2. Log back in and try downloading the excel file again.

3. You could also try using another web browser and see if you'll experience the same problem.
