How do i move a form from one account to another?

    Hello,

     

    I would like to move a form that was set up in my personal account moved to the account that is used for a non-profit that I volunteer for.

     

    The form is called "CAAM Legislature Form" and I would like it moved from my account to an account with the login of caam_ayurveda .  Please let me know if you need any other information.

    We can help you with transferring the form for you, but we would need to receive the confirmation from your personal account since you posted this request from the account that will receive the transferred form.

    Once we receive the confirmation, we'll proceed accordingly.
