My form has been disabled.

    Hello,

    I am trying to make a form that will register a user for a website I need to make for a school assignment. When I try to test the form, all I get is a message saying this form has been disabled. 

    Please help.

    Hi,

    It is disabled because you are asking password. Our system thought your form is phishing. That is why it was suspended. It is active now. You can use it. Please remove the password field.

    I removed the password field and saved the form, yet I still seem to get the same error: "form disabled"...

     

    This is becoming extremely frustrating. :(

    Please try clearing first also your browser's cache and then login back to jotform using your account. at http://www.jotform.com/login

    I just checked your jotform account/username jack0thehack0   and noted that it is an Active account.

    Your lone form http://www.jotform.co/form/51163317291854 is working also.
