FillablePDF is showing error when opening it with Adobe ReaderAsked by Kirsten LAWTON on April 27, 2015 at 09:57 AM- The form created in jotforms could not be opened with adobe because the form is 0 octets and 'damaged'. Adobe refuses to open it but we can visualise the form with your option 'visualise the form'.
I cloned your form to test it and I am actually not able to even make a PDF form from your actual form. I tried a few times and each time my browser would stay stuck on "working":
Then eventually produce this error:
I have forwarded this to our development team to have a closer look. We will update you here in this thread as soon as we have any further information. My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
We still haven't had a reply as to why we cant open the form as a PDF. I really need to make a decision soon as to whether I subscribe to Jotforms and to do this I need to test how to make a PDF from my form. A reply would be welcomed.
The reason why you are shown the error is because your forms are not possible to be re-created as PDF files.
The reason for this however is because they are big in size.

Now I see that my colleague has already raised this to our developers and that the issue has been assigned and marked as very important.
This means that it is already looking into this issue, but as fillable PDFs are created by our latest tools - they are our latest feature, they are bound to not be working properly with all fields and forms as mentioned in the guide above, but as long as you follow the steps there, it should be OK.
Our developers will update you here as soon as there are any news in regards to the issue, but feel free to ask if you have any other questions.
Sorry for the late response. I resolved some issues today and tested within your account. You should be able to generate PDF form now. Thanks for your patience.
