How do I get the submission to look like the form?

So basically I'm trying to re-create a progress report template that teachers can fill out for each student via JotForm instead of having to fill them out by hand.  I designed the form to look like the paper form they use and it's fine but when I tried to fill one out the submission did not have the same appearance, only the answers.  Teachers want to be able to print these out and give them to parents so the submissions should look like the forms.  Is that even possible with this program?  If so, how?

Unfortunately, that's not possible when you print the submissions directly from the submissions screen.

A possible workaround would be to add a print button to your form and then edit the submission to be able to print the entered data in the same layout of the form.

Then open the submissions screen and click on the Edit button.

And print the form
