My form has disappeared from my account along with all my settings.I received an email with reference number 79359368 saying that my Premium subscription was cancelled.This is confusing because I was only using the free account anyway. In either case, why has my saved form that I use on my website disappeared from my account?
I tested the form on my webpage and it seems to work, I received the email with the results. However my "thank you" page failed to load because my account no longer has my form or it's settings.
Please let me know if this can be corrected and my form restored to my account.

Problem has been solved, not sure if it was a browser issue or not, but my form and settings have been restored.

Thank you for the update about this issue and your form not working originally. We do apologize about any inconveniences that you may have experienced during this problem even though you've stated that this appears to be okay on your end now.
I decided just to go ahead and take a look at the above issue just to make sure everything is going smoothly for you.
I checked your page url provided and found I can see your jotform okay. Most likely you probably experienced a minor browser issue that made it seem like your forms weren't there. In those cases it is best to clear your browser cache which will normally resolve that type of issue.
As for the cancelled subscription and email reference number of that you received I have answered you here in this separate thread since it was a separate issue that I did find the reason as to why that happened.
