Infusionsoft Integration window is just blank

    Hey there,

    I was able to set up infusionsoft on one of my test forms but now that I've created real forms I can't seem to set up infusionsoft - the window is just blank (see attached)

     

    Things I've tried

    firefox 

    chrome

    hard refresh

    reboot 

    waiting patiently :) (20 min, still blank window)

     

    Second question - is it possible for a form to dump all fields into a custom note type field in infusionsoft? So instead of creating 20 custom fields in infusionsoft for each field in jotform can I have it just dump all the info into one note field?

    Hi,

    Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform. Make sure to login again and check if the integration is still blank. If it still gives you a blank page, press F12 to open  the Developers tab. Click "Console" to view the possible errors, take a screenshot and please post it here:
