I canceled my current plan and the progress show its successfully done,
but my previous plan remain.
please help me for the confirmation of cancel.
Your service is good but i just dont need it for a certain time.

I see that your paid subscription is cancelled and your account is scheduled to downgrade to Free plan on 26th May 2015. Once the subscription is cancelled, the account shall be holding Premium status until your next billing date. Since you have now cancelled the subscription, the account will be downgraded to free.
