Made A Form Embedded And Now I Cant Find It In My Profile

Hello I made a form this weekend and embedded it in my site. Now when I can go to my jotform account I can't find the form to edit it. Please help me find it.

The form embedded to your page was created under a Guest account.  You may not have been logged in when you created it.  In any case, I went ahead and moved the form to your current account.  You should now be able to access it normally.
