I'm Webmaster for the University of Arkansas School of Law, and my predecessor used Jotform for at least one of the contact forms on our site. The results of that form (Jotform form ID 3475826224) are currently going to the wrong email address, but I don't have Jotform account information to be able to log in and fix it.
His name was Tom Black and his email address was email@example.com.
Is there any way to get access to his account or have that form transferred to a new account so I can update it?

Im sorry im not sure if this is possible because it is another persons account but you could always make your own JotForm account and creat your own forms, also im not 100% sure my answer is legit so please wait for a JotForm rep.

You could just clone the form on your own account.
User Guide entry on cloning forms is here: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form
The URL of that form is: http://form.jotform.com/form/3475826224
Please Note: If this form is embedded anywhere, you have to update embed codes with your new forms URL.
Is this a satisfactory solution for you?
