Did not receive a payment from Authorize Integrated form

    We have authorize integrated into this form: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/51027369270958

     

    Unfortunately I did not receive the payment from a submitted form.

     

    Please advise. I have confirmed that both login and api details are correct.

    As I tried to submit your JotForm twice with test credit card numbers, I was able to submit the form without any issue. I see that there was only one submission with successful payment. Could you please confirm if you are using Live account API keys? If you are already using a live account API, could you please create a new Transaction API key in Authorize.net dashboard by clicking on

    Account -> Security Settings -> API Login ID and Transaction Key

    After entering the new Transaction key in the Payment wizard, please click on Test Integration button to make sure that the integration is working fine. Also, please make sure that the Sandbox mode is disabled.
