Currently, when leads are sent into Salesforce from JotForm, they are just leads. They are not assigned to a specific campaign. I'd like to assign them to a specific campaign, and post to:
I created a field in JotForm called "campaign_ID", and made the default value the actual campaign ID. This didn't work. The lead never even made it into Salesforce.
What can I do?

You can pass the campaign ID to have the leads associated with your campaign, but for that you must use Text Box field from the Quick Tools and have its default value set to the Campaign ID. Of course the field must match the field in your SalesForce account and you must map it correctly while creating the integration.

Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now available. You may now specify the campaign ID in the Salesforce integration wizard to add a newly-created record to a campaign.
