Submission works from your website but not in an embedded form

Please click on these two links and try to submit a form.  I can fill out the form, but when I click submit, I get an error message that flashes by so quickly someone can not see it.  The State of Nevada uses Ektron as its CMS.  Do you think that the forms need to be embedded using an IFrame or some other arrangement.

    Hi,

If the embedded form does not work the same as it does in the web version, the first thing I usually recommend is to try the iFrame embed method instead:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

This will insulate your form from any other scripts or elements that may be interfering with your form.

If this does not allow for your embedded form to complete submission, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

That's a pretty good fix.  But, I still have one issue.

    Please see http://parole.nv.gov/About/Secure_Notification_of_Parole_Hearings/

Just above the submit button is a message.  I can't get it to be 100% visible.  I tried changing the width attribute in the javascript for an i-frame to 90% and 105%, but that doesn't work.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for letting us know that our colleague David's iframe embed solution had work on the original issue mentioned on this thread.

As for the next issue, I have move it on another thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/560097

We will attend to it shortly.

    Thanks.
